If you already have encrypted iPhone backups on your PC from iTunes or Apple Devices, you can load those directly. Otherwise, use iTunes or Apple Devices to create an encrypted backup before using ChatKeepsake.

Does ChatKeepsake work with Android messages?

No, ChatKeepsake is designed specifically for iPhone messages (SMS, iMessage). It reads the iOS Messages database format which is unique to iPhones.
